Crankshaft main bearing cap M8 bolt (in sequence)
Tightening procedure
- Torque 15 lb-ft · 20 N·m
- Torque 22 lb-ft · 30 N·m
Complete the passes in the order shown. Angle passes are turn-of-the-nut steps measured with an angle gauge after the preceding torque pass.
Sequence note
Tightened in the numbered published sequence after the M10 inner bolts/studs. Distinct from the M8 side cross-bolts (which are not sequenced).
