One per head. Catalog PN: GM 11610259 per figure GM00-039 callout 229 — "PLUG,CYL HD CORE HOLE(M12X1.5X21.2)(HEX,SOC) — Y 6.2W(LS3) (2008-2011). M12x1.5 thread, 21.2mm long, hex socket head." length_mm lifted into the structured field on 2026-06-04 from the GM parts descriptor already quoted above (M12X1.5X21.2); the third number is the bolt length in mm. Cross-checked against the chevrolet-parts-canada parts catalog (captured 2026-05-28), whose blocked detail pages and callout-only diagrams do not separately state this length, so the value rests on the GM Professional Parts Catalog descriptor.
